Deployment Models
LangPros AI can support different operational models, including managed AI service, client-owned API configuration, partner deployment and controlled event-specific setup. The appropriate model depends on the client requirements, technical environment and internal policies.
Client-Owned API Option
For organizations that require greater control over AI consumption and data handling, LangPros AI can be configured with client-owned API accounts where technically applicable. This can provide more transparency over usage, a direct relationship with selected AI providers, potentially lower operating costs and more control for technically mature clients.
Event Data and Audio Handling
Live audio and text outputs should be managed according to the event requirements, client policy and selected technical setup. Before sensitive deployments, LangPros AI recommends a technical and operational review covering audio source, languages, AI provider setup, data retention expectations, user access, network conditions, support model and client security requirements.
Sensitive Events
For highly sensitive diplomatic, legal, governmental, medical or confidential meetings, additional review is required before confirming the appropriate deployment model. In some cases, human interpreters, controlled receiver systems, private setup or hybrid workflows may be more appropriate.
